
Originally from Ottawa, Canada, Dr. Max Girouard brings an international perspective and a deep passion for human performance to Pure Motion Health. He earned his degree in Health Science from the University of Ottawa before relocating to Marietta, Georgia in 2015 to pursue his Doctorate in Chiropractic at Life University.
Dr. Max takes a performance-driven, individualized approach to care — whether that means getting you out of pain, improving how your body moves, or helping you train and compete at your highest level. His goal is simple: keep you moving well, feeling strong, and performing at your best.

Jocilyn grew up in a military family, traveling the world before ultimately calling Georgia home. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Exercise and Health Science and spent over a decade immersed in the world of CrossFit, competitive athletics, and performance training.
In 2021, Jocilyn earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy, blending her deep performance background with evidence-based clinical care. Whether you're an athlete chasing performance goals or someone simply wanting to move better and live without pain, Jocilyn meets you where you are and walks alongside you every step of the way.
Trecia-Kaye Smith is a licensed physical therapist with over 20 years of clinical experience, specializing in lymphedema management and wound care. She is certified in comprehensive lymphedema therapy and advanced wound management. In 2024, she was inducted into the NCAA Hall of Fame in recognition of her athletic achievements as a former elite athlete and Jamaican national record holder in the triple jump.

Travis is a licensed massage therapist with a background in Division I football, holding a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and a Master's in Exercise Science. In addition to massage therapy, he has experience in personal training and neuro-rehabilitation.

After 38 moves across three countries, Hannah has settled here in the CSRA with her two children, McKenzie and Bennett. She is a CrossFit coach at CrossFit Augusta and the lead coach for the Legends group (55+ athletes). Outside of work, Hannah enjoys gardening, cooking, and history.
